Fuller Home Inspection offers two levels of Service. Serving all of these Tennessee Counties. Cheatham, Davidson, Macon, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson.
The Comfort Inspection
The Comfort Inspection is the most common type of home inspection. This type of inspection will gain you a comprehensive report of all the findings with photographs. The reports are broken down into all of the systems and room by room details. A typical Comfort Inspection will normally take about three hours to complete and then we will meet at the conclusion to discuss the findings and any other items that you as the client feel are a concern.
The Limited Scope Inspection
The Limited Scope Inspection is our most economical inspection. With this inspection you will gain knowledge of the things you deem to be most important. The written report will be issued with photographs based on what you the client have the greatest interest in. I will share the photographs that I take during the inspection with you by burning then to a CD or jump drive. The Limited Scope Inspection has fees that are based on the number of systems you wish to have inspected. This is very popular with contractors who use this as a way to independently audit their sub contractors. It is also popular with investors who are interested in specific home systems that may pose the greatest financial risk.
Code of Ethics
One of the most important aspects of a business is strict adherence to a code of ethics.
The State of Tennessee Code of Ethics
Licensees shall discharge their duties with fidelity to the public, their clients, and with fairness and impartiality to all.
Opinions expressed by licensees shall only be based on their education, experience, and honest convictions.
A licensee shall not disclose any information about the results of an inspection without the approval of the client for whom the inspection was performed, or the client's designated representative.
No licensee shall accept compensation or any other consideration from more than one interested party for the same service without the consent of all interested parties.
No licensee shall accept or offer commissions or allowances, directly or indirectly, from other parties dealing with the client in connection with work for which the licensee is responsible.
No licensee shall express, within the context of an inspection, an appraisal or opinion of the market value of the inspected property.
Before the execution of a contract to perform a home inspection, a licensee shall disclose to the client any interest in a business that may affect the client. No licensee shall allow his or her interest in any business to affect the quality or results of the inspection work that the licensee may be called upon to perform.
Licensees shall not engage in false or misleading advertising or otherwise misrepresent any matters to the public.
