A typical inspection will last about three hours.  Then I will spend another hour with you to show you the pictures that have been taken and explain them all to you.  So when you leave the site of what is potentially your new home you will receive a report that outlines everything that we had just discussed. 

At the conclusion of the inspection the extra time spent with your inspector will leave you feeling informed and comfortable that the decision you make is the right one.

What We Inspect 

Fuller Home Inspection will inspect the property inside and out and give you an objective opinion based on a visual inspection, which will include…

• General exterior, including roof, gutters chimney, drainage, and grading.
• Structural condition
• Electrical Systems
• Plumbing and Water Heater
• Heating and Air Conditioning
• Insulation and Ventilation
• Basement, bathrooms, and kitchen including built-in appliances
• General interior, including condition of all major systems
• Window and Doors
• Ceiling, walls, and floors

A comprehensive written report will be delivered within 48-hours.  Complete with photographs, and explanations.  There is “No Charge” follow up communications for clarity.
