What is a Home Inspector

A home inspector is comparable to your personal physician in scope.  During our visit we will discuss maintenance and repairs to determine your personal skill level and how to go about making your own repairs.  Then when it is time to recommend a professional tradesman to complete repairs you will be informed or able to make your own decisions regarding professional tradesmen.

Who We Are

Fuller Home Inspection is licensed by the State of Tennesse for Home Inspectors.  My credentials and education are listed on the State of Tennessee website and can be verified by clicking this link TENNESSEE.  Fuller Home Inspection is the President of HITA  Home Inspectors of Tennesse Association. 

HITA is a state wide organization of home inspectors who focus on the construction methods and design of home in Tennessee.  HITA provides continuing education credits for home inspectors and hosts a Home Inspector Expo every 18 months.  HITA prides itself on scheduling nationally known educators and industry leaders to provide the training and education courses for the members of the organization.
